Usage Areas of Container Structures
We should first evaluate the containers in two groups.
1- Freight (Logistics) Container
Cargo Containers are iron containers produced in internationally determined standard sizes for safe transportation of goods and various loads. They are modified and used for different purposes other than transport.
2- Prefabricated Container
Prefabricated Containers are pre-production modular structures that have been widely used in Turkey after the Marmara earthquake in 1999. They are often preferred structures in cases requiring temporary use with fast production, installation and ease of installation.
Imagine that you have a large box and that you're shaping it to your needs. Containers can be produced in the desired sizes, different colors, plans and visuals. It is made ready for use by installing insulation and walls on the metal carcass structure. Different coating materials are applied to the exterior walls and a wide variety of products are produced.
It has many different uses such as
- Construction sector; construction site offices, Dining Hall, dormitory, tea stove, guard hut
- Industrial sector; waste storage, generator cabin, electrical room, smoking room
- In the service sector; Cafe, buffet, kiosk, taxi stand, valet cabin, real estate sales office
- Architectural Area; House, Office, workshop, security shed, garage, shopping center, hotel.
Containers are trending products of recent years and are often preferred by architecture offices, advertising agencies and fair-event organization companies.
